• My massage therapist was very friendly and informative! My esthetically was amazing. She actually made me fall asleep which I normally don't do. She was also very informative. She gave me a little also to remember the products and a recommendation for my next facial.

• There was a mixup with my appointment and it didn't get scheduled. I had just driven 50 minutes from castle rock and my esthetician, Teri, had stepped out to run an errand because she didn't know, leaving little time for my 'appointment' and her next scheduled appointment. The gal at the front desk (Angie?) texted her and set up a complimentary mini facial. When all was said and done I got a full service facial complimentary because they worked together to make it happen. I can't say enough about Teri, she's the best there is and that's why I'm willing to come from castle rock to see her. She and the front desk staff went above and beyond to take good care of me and that's why the spa has gained my loyalty for good! They are exceptional!! Thank you!!!!!
