• The environment as beautiful and relaxing, and the robe was very comfortable. The upgrade options are nice, but I wasn't able to upgrade because my massage therapist had another client immediately after, which could be an area to improve to allow clients to enjoy their experience more. I had a lovely coconut oil scalp massage, but I had to have it included in my 80 min massage instead of receiving the extra time. Ana was so kind and sweet. Thank you for my wonderful experience.
