The front desk is always a painful situation.. i went in to book these appointments because when i bought the certificates I was told I could do the services separately but then was told they had to be scheduled together so I went to the spa to schedule, it took a long time while the girl looked for my gift cards which was a mess and she never found them, then she recommended my daughter get the acne facial and she doesn't have acne it's PCOS and I thought that was very unprofessional, after receiving our services I asked for the total because they were ringing us up separately even though I repeatedly said I was paying for both, they gave me the total for only 1 of us so I didn't tip correctly then the girl said " it's not 20% but whatever " it's a long story but that's the reason for the 9 , the facial and massages were wonderful and we loved the gals who did our services :)
