I have been a member at Spavia Longmont since they opened. I go every month, and it has really helped with my back, neck and shoulder pain. I felt so great after, I even talked my boyfriend into going every month. We haven't missed a month in 2 years! The atmosphere, people and experience are nothing short of amazing.
