It was a wonderful experience in every way. The storefront is clean and beautiful, the office staff are friendly and welcoming, my aesthetician, Ashley, did an exceptional job with my facial. The zen room and robe and slippers made me feel so pampered. I loved everything about my visit!

I love how friendly the staff is, and I love all the treatments and options. The facials are my favorite offering. My only point of feedback is with the hot stones. Sometimes, the stones are really rough, and it can be painful. Also, it's very sad when the massage therapist forgets the cold water to cool off the stones, and I don't get them at all.
