The only reason was requested a women therapist and booked women therapist and when I came time for my massage it was a man therapist. He did a awesome job but it not what I requested during the reservation.

The reception staff was extremely pleasant upon my arrival. Annie, the massage therapist, was great as well! I had specific problem areas that I needed to be worked on and Annie did a great job delivering!
