I am a member and brought a friend for her first visit. Had gifted her a certificate. We were greeted well and with great conversation. We were told about the new products and new scents the advantages of memberships. We were given time to prepare for our massages. Our massage therapists were attentive and knowledgeable and took the time to give us thorough and relaxing massages. We were offered water/tea and reminded to hydrate. We felt very cared for from beginning to end.
