Nicole is amazing! She is friendly, professional, great technique, and seems to really care about guests. The room and facilities are always clean. Front seat staff is welcoming. Everyone was correctly wearing masks so it felt safe.

Outstanding service and personnel! So much warmth and kindness. it was like being in a dream from the time I walked thru the door until the time I walked out. A few years ago I had a membership and I LOVED it. As soon as I can afford it I will be getting another membership for the Longmont location. Thank you. It was lovely.
