It was not a huge thing.....but with the masks and all I could not adequately hear instructions given to me. As a result, I sat in the relaxing room for awhile not knowing I was to be filling out the questionnaire . Speak louder and clearer. I just LOVED my massage and all the very nice girls at the desk!
