Mandy is wonderful and I always have such a great relaxing experience. My skin feels wonderful - Janice There is one concern that is payment and not service related. Several times I have been asked when I upgrade my treatment if I want to pay the &30 extra or use 2 visits. My monthly cost is $79 - why would I want to pay more than double for the upgrade. This is real money. I feel you should be able to break an accumulated visit/treatment into two upgrades or it should be treated as accumulated cash. Who should I bring this feedback too? Thx
