The front desk staff was so helpful & kind. My masseuse, Michelle was absolutely phenomenal. It was my first time getting a massage ever & I felt so at ease & comfortable in her hands. She is so calming & truly exceptional at what she does. She was communicative & made sure I had everything I needed & my whole experience was ended with a hot green tea- just a luxurious & relaxing experience from start to finish. THANK YOU!
