Prior to yesterday, the last 4-5 times my best friend and I were either canceled or appointment was deleted from the system. We don't like the inconvenience as we purposely set our schedules so we can come together. We do appreciate how the staff, manager and/or owner rectify each the situation. And for that we continue to come - but would like for it to happen less often. 🙂
