I was greeted when I walked in the door. The employees knew my name based on the time frame of my appointment, which made me feel normalcy my first time there. I was asked proper questions for the safety of my skin, body and mind. The specialist who did my facial was informative and also asked me questions to curate the best outcome for me. And kept me feeling safe and relaxed until the end of the experience. Being able to immediately see what options I have to purchase at the end without feeling pressured to purchase or not was great. I purchased a spf moisturizer that was used at the end of my facial. 10/10
