It was my first time. I loved the lockers, robes, neck pillows, and the ability to ronse off after. My massage was super relaxing. At points it hurt but it was a good pain to get the knots out. The music was soothing. I left feeling super relaxed. Everyone that I talked to was super welcoming and helpful.
