I loved everything except the fact that the facial was 60 min but really I only got 50 min. This is not the first time it has happened at this spa and it really bothers me if I paid for a 60 min facial than I should get the whole time. It's really weird to take time off to set up the room etc. I was texting someone on my phone & I saw that I was called into the room at 1:36pm when my appt was at 1:30pm. I was sitting in the waiting area 10 min beforehand I was not late. Then specialist gave me 4-5 min to get into the facial chair and get ready. So really the facial started at 1:40pm and promptly at 2:30 pm it was over. I really do like the spa and how clean it is and the products used. The front desk girls are so nice. I have a premier membership already for 7 months & I will give the benefit of the doubt to the staff but if I keep getting 5-10 min deducted from every session I will have to find another place to go. I know this sounds petty but I feel that most people who pay for something that says 60 min should get exactly that. Maybe 5 extra min should be added into the schedule to accommodate the specialist setting up etc between clients. I felt also rushed out of the room and didn't like that feeling. The right thing to do was call me into the room around 1:28pm start at 1:30-2:30. I have a friend who also came to this spa based on my recommendation and she said that her facial was 60 min but she felt like 10 min of that was setup and she felt it was not worth it. Me and my boyfriend were doing separate massages but they accommodated us for a couples massage no charge and the techs were so sweet and did great!
