The general feel was very relaxing and staff was extremely nice. Linda applied the perfect amount of pressure during my massage and helped ease pain from my sciatica .

Rebecca accommodated five of us at one time, and was patient while taking down each of our information. Emily was patient and helped to check us in swiftly. She showed us the retreat room, lockers, restroom and helped us to feel welcomed. Athena was awesome--perfect pressure and helped me to feel relaxed. Wherever she found tightness, she worked on it a little extra. It was just what I needed. The only thing was the music wasn't what I chose, but I didn't want to interrupt the flow we were already in when I did realize. I can't wait to return.
