The spa is lovely and it's decor beautiful all of the staff was extremely polite as I commented before the lack of water pressure is a concern in a spa with the services you offer the minimum you should have ample water 💦 pressure once that iis addressed I would feel comfortable giving you a solid 10

The whole atmosphere was so relaxing as soon as you enter what my favorite part was the little waiting area with the relaxing music, smell, warm neck pillows and tea. Absolutely welcoming. And the massage it's self was amazing.
