Because my esthetician was so knowledgeable and explained the products to me and made me feel very comfortable. I even lost my gift card and the front desk. Woman was so nice. She went above and beyond to get it for me so that I didn't have to use my own money. She was also very knowledgeable when explaining to me the product that I purchased. It's a very, very relaxing comfortable place for me to escape and feel better about myself.
