The check in process was amazing. The girls at the front were so nice. We really liked the relaxation area and how clean everything was and smelled nice. The water and tea were a nice touch. The massage itself was relaxing and perfect for what we requested. I liked the spa and signed up for a premier membership. The only negative was that the massage was 60 min. There was a clock in the room & I noticed that the massage started 11:20 but they wrapped it up at 12:12. It's not a big deal but if the massage is one hour then it should be 1 hr if it's 50 or 55 min then the client should know that. I hope that when I start the membership next month whatever treatment I choose should go the full time. It's not a big deal but both my husband & thought that was the only negative. Otherwise a really nice spa!
