My mom had an absolutely wonderful experience. She only speaks Spanish, and I always worry she might have a negative experience because of the language barrier but the staff went above and beyond to make her feel welcomed and comfortable. They were patient, attentive, and kind, taking the time to communicate in ways that made her feel included and cared for. After the facial she said "I feel beautiful " I was so pleased to see her happy. I will definitely recommend spa to all my friends and family.
