Great massage and facial made me feel very comfortable and relaxed

Two things: 1. My therapist had not warmed up the massage lotion. So it was freezing. He was good to at least try to warm with his hands prior to application. But he had said "sorry I didn't get a chance to warm it up." That seems unacceptable 2. Hot tea water in men's retreat was barely luke warm.
