Ali was great and the facial was wonderful. Last minute I wanted to add on another service to my facial but due to scheduling she did not have enough time before her next appointment. She gave me a few options so I could rearrange the services that come with my facial to add the service I wanted to do instead of the one that came with my facial. That is great customer service!!
