It was a wonderful experience overall, both for me and for my guest. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that my guest chose Orange Blossom for the scent on her scalp oil treatment but Coconut was used. Generally that kind of thing isn't a big deal, but she HATES the smell of coconut so the mixup did take a tiny bit out of the experience for her. Other than that she had only positive things to say about her services. Oh, one minor piece of feedback, my guest was considering washing her hair after the scalp treatment but we didn't know whether that would lessen the effect. That would be a good thing for the person doing the service to mention to the client at the end of the session. Overall it was a great day - thanks for the pampering!

Professional employees, very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Only reccomendation is to check on the hot water, it was cold when I went to have some tea.
