Beautiful Spa, however I was told there would be only 20 between my two appointments (massage and facial) and I waited almost 40.

Service and spa setting and amenities were very good. Massage therapist was excellent. But, I did not like that I was told my session would have to be cut short. I arrived 10 min ahead of time and had to wait while reception took care of customers talking and answering questions and then some paper/computer work while I waited. Then she gave me the longest detailed form I have ever had to fill out, similar to a physician's form. She should have taken a few seconds to give me the form to get started and then gone back to answering their questions and paperwork. This delayed the process a bit and to be then told my session would have to be cut short did not sit well. She was very pleasant and I certainly understand taking her care of everything but that bothered me somewhat, since I did not feel the delay was my fault and should not be penalized because of those things.
