I love 99% of my experiences there. The only reason I didn't give you a perfect score is that it's obvious the providers are required to recommend at least one product for us to buy, regardless of whether or not we actually need something. This makes the experience feel somewhat disingenuous and leaves a very slight icky feeling. That said, I've never been sold anything that wasn't appropriate for my needs.
