Frana has been my massage therapist for many years. She is very good at what she does, and I appreciate her professional manner and excellent listening skills if I have a particular area that I need help with. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders/neck area. I always walk out feeling much better. Additionally, Spavia is a clean, lovely, relaxing setting in which to have a massage experience. I look forward to when it is safe again to be able to sit in the waiting room with a cup of tea and just relax.
