1. Beautiful lounge area--loved the no cell phone and even no magazines, the inspirational books are the perfect thing to have there, really makes you be present and think about yourself and your priorities versus mindless activities on cell phone or magazines. 2. Staff were amazing. I had Monique for massage and she had the best "vibe" and personality, so positive and supportive and great massage. Nicole did my facial and she was great--I have a little claustrophobia with close contact by my face and she was super responsive to my needs for a little break from the stream and taking the time to explain what she was doing the whole time. 3. Front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. Love all the attention to detail with the locker room, as well.
