timely informative more than skin care (which great attention is taken to my skins needs at each appointment as my skin can change ) but it is truly a spa experience ; I feel as though i have been transported away from the stresses of life. Jacqueline is so aware of when I need to chat and when I need to go quiet. Amazing experience
