The receptionist was kinda and welcoming, and the changing rooms and relaxation space were absolutely incredible. The therapist was very professional, and gave an incredible massage. He was also very kind, and it felt easy to talk to him or ask him for any changes in pressure. There was no pressure or mention from anyone about the membership program, which made me feel like they valued my experience over my money! Thank you so much for creating such a welcoming space ❤️
