Both my massage and facial were excellent. I was missed at the front desk and did end up waiting for about 10 minutes, but the staff apologized and I was not penalized on time for my massage which was considerate.

The therapist Karen was excellent. I liked the affirmations she gives at the beginning of the massage to help you relax and enhance the experience. Throughout the massage she used just the right amount of pressure that I needed. The reason for a 9 is the waiting area. It is rather small especially if there are more than 4 people waiting.
