The environment is very relaxing. I enjoy the men's lounge to chill out before the session, and the amenities (tea, water, mints, neck pillows, toiletries). The session space is comfortable snd very pleasant. Karen is an excellent massage therapist - highly recommended. The other therapists I've had are quite good too. On-line scheduling is straightforward, and i've not experienced any issues with cancellations or billing confusion.
