facility was excellent (nice shower and locker area. Would have received a 10 if the locker room had been bigger), message was great - tech did a nice job of warming up the area (between shoulder blades) before addressing the knots. appreciated being able to select music and scents.

Overall feel, look and professionalism of your spa. Haley was also professional and nice. I had literally walked out of a spa a few hours before scheduling with you. I am a year new to Westford and needed spray tan before a vacation. After o walked out of the "spa" earlier - a friend in town gave me your number to try. I have since told others to try your spa soon!
