I love it there I think it's a great experience from the time you walk in the door for the time to leave and I left I think I've had three different girls last summer when I had three different facials and then I have Haley again arm and they all have been great and yes I definitely would highly recommend it

Lauren was wonderful! She is the reason for the high score. The only thing I had a hard time with is the facility itself. I understand space restrictions but the way the lockers/door/sink/amenities were set up is a tough design space wise. When there were 4-5 other people in there and you are trying to put stuff in your locker and get setup/ready whether going to the service or leaving, it was a little difficult and cramped. I was also not a fan of the cold tile floor where the lockers are instead of a rug making it more cozy and comfortable. All in all I had a wonderful experience because of Beth out front and Lauren. Just a little cramped for space and could have felt more cozy and comfortable

Lauren is an excellent masseuse. She listens to your concerns, is extremely polite and courteous and gives an excellent massage.
