From my google review: I highly recommend booking a massage with Monique at Spavia. She is truly an expert in her field, and her techniques are absolutely amazing! Every time I have a massage service with her, I leave feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. During my sessions, I usually get a sports massage, and I've found that adding on services like CBD cream or a Hypervolt treatment during a quick consultation really enhances the experience. You can't go wrong with Monique’s skilled hands.

The whole experience was very pleasant and professional. The dark ambiance was very nice and relaxing. The offering of tea and a hot neck pillow while I waited was very much appreciated and different from my previous experiences elsewhere. The maternity massage isn’t necessarily something I would recommend and that has nothing to do with the massage therapist that I had. I am into deep tissue massages and I had no idea that maternity massages couldn’t go deep whatsoever. I was still very relaxed and while I would have preferred something different, it did not take away from my positive experience.
