Really had a great experience with Jackie. The men’s retreat exceeded my expectations and the facial service itself was outstanding. Only negative is when I first walked in I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged while 2 people behind the desk were figuring out an issue for a phone client on hold. Felt very awkward for a few minutes until someone came from the back and checked me in for my appointment. Especially since it was my first time at Spavia, it was off putting. Otherwise, the rest of my experience was wonderful.
