Starting from, The waiting room was excellent with tea, warm neck message, nice comfort rocking chair. This is a distinguishing - I wish they offer wine option? My message lady is nice and sincere. Her hands flow on my body felt friendly. Good job Hillary. Gentle greeting gesture is perfect! The front help desk was neutral. I wish the greeting and the goodbye were a bit more bubbly or more fun. In business, always have the best and friendly front deck person. They are the first and lady person, the customer interact with. Overall, I have the best experience and pampering compared to other places I went to. Hence, even though, it is a bit expensive compared to other places, I am willing to pay for a good experience.
