Excellent staff, attentive massage dedication, relaxing music, great retreat rooms, great tea options, great mints, great comfort overall, creams, etc. one thing I'd say needs improvement is packages - there should be a platinum version that allows for unlimited monthly visits down to a limit of 1 per week for those of us that are willing to pay extra monthly but not looking to pay a ridiculous upfront fee per each visit. Otherwise it's great overall thus far.
