I started at 10. I had my whole face waxed but she didn't do side burns of my face. I didn't know if that was included. But clinician was great, friendly, professional, explained every step when moved to a different area and went back to check face after done to hand pull. The massage for me was effective. It is uncomfortable for me to get a massage but necessary to get my insides worked and get flowing. He got every knot and tight area. I felt safe, he was professional and every area asked about pressure. I gave him a 10. The body wrap was good. She was professional, checked in often if I was ok. Honestly, I gave her a 9 because though it was done as usual, I feel more product is needed with bigger girls and the top was done on both front and back I don't feel the sides were done as thorough. Again, a larger area to cover than others. Overall, I hope to come again. Ty
