Because I had a foot injury and called that I was running late due to mobility and the staff accommodated me so I would not loose out on my massage time. And then all the services were amazing, everyone was thoughtful and attentive, whether it was working around my ankle issues or getting me a cup of water mid way, or scratching my nasal bridge when it was itchy during the facial! I never felt rushed there and truly left feeling cared for and relaxed. It was a great spa day.
