JoAnn was very good. One of the best massages I have had. The 2 complaints, the hot water in the shower was not hot enough & the hair dryer is old, it has blue flakes coming off, it went all over my hands and face. Took me sometime to clean up. Highly recommend replacing a new hair dryer

Love this spa! Jo-An is the best! The front desk staff are always lovely and helpful. The women's locker room was completely out of bathrobes, first time I'd seen that! I had to ask for one, but they were quick to get me one.
