I had a very pleasant experience. The ambiance is lovely. I liked the retreat room. One suggestion is that you ask staff to be quiet when they are in the hallway outside the treatment rooms. Their voices carry, especially male ones and it disturbs the serenity. My massage therapist Eve was excellent. Jackie was good too. I had a problem with the enzyme treatment and she quickly removed it, which was good but it shortened the time of my facial. I think your clients are generally younger than I am and I got the sense she was less experienced with mature skin. I wish the time could have been filled by a face and neck massage, or hand massage. Other places include that with facials along with cream on the hands and feet and then covered with hand mitts and socks during the facial. She was very professional.
