excellent front desk staff and therapists, much attention to all the small details, soothing water- features, luxe new robes, super-soft sheets on massage tables, soothing tea and hot massage- packs after treatment, even peppermint patties which I always look forward to in the relax area...Paul and his team really make Spavia a very special place indeed !!

My MT was Shrielle. Before she began she ask if I needed any particular spot that needed more attention. Then she explained all body parts that she goes into and asked me if I didn't want her to go in any of them. This is my 3rd time there and I think it's the first time that they are so thorough. She did everything but focused on my upper back and neck, spots that need more work. I left very happy.
