There was a little misunderstanding. The manager came out to apologize but by that time I felt it wasn’t there fault anymore. The person who was getting my massage had requested a BODY WRAP!!! Now if I noticed I was in the wrong bed that person should have too and should have spoken up but they didnt. The manager threw in extra time for my massage and gave me a discount! Shirelle the massage therapist was AMAZING!!!!! Good pressure, friendly, and knew where I had my worst aches and pains w/o me telling her. I def plan on going back and taking my mom and spreading the word.

The massage and facials were great! The only thing I was a little disappointed with is we had a Spalebration and when I made the reservation, the person I talked to said we would be in a separate room with champagne. That didn’t happen.
