The massage was amazing and the masseuse was fantastic. The front desk person gave me then wrong forms to fill out and that took up a lot of time and also asked me before the massage how much gratuity I wanted to add, instead of waiting to ask after I had the service done. If it wasn't for the front desk experience, I'd have given a 10 foe the massage.
