Aliyah is an amazing provider, the extractions weren’t at all painful and the treatment was so relaxing. The spa is beautiful and overall the staff were kind and helpful.

I did not give a 10 because there is great variance in the care between the therapists. You have some 10's but there are some therapists that seem a little green or just not as professional. Also, the climate control issue needs to be addressed. The room was so cold from the AC that it was hard to relax and I last had Chris who would often forget to put me back under the sheet or just seemed haphazard in his care.
