I'd prefer tighter Covid protocol. Masks at all times. The sign about not being required to wear a mask in womens lounge area if vaccinated was very concerning.

I think your relaxation room could use a lot of work. Also other guests were just talking in there which wasn't very relaxing. My other complaint is staff were laughing and talking in the hallways during both of my treatments to the point that both of the specialists apologized.
