The ambiance was quiet, serene, and beautifully designed. The spa's facilities were impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance in the relaxation area before and after my massage. Speaking of the massage itself, it was excellent. The therapist (Kristeen) was skilled, attentive, and tailored the treatment to my preferences. It left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

I love this place so much. There are a lot of services and the place is so relaxing and well managed. You have everything you need there and more. My only concern is that some of the massage specialists seem to not be at a high level. I like to book my favourite specialist when I can but if I can't catch her, the other specialist can really fall short. Unfortunately, Dameka needs a lot of work. Wonderful girl but she is not comfortable in her role. She needs more practice.
