JoAnn was very good. One of the best massages I have had. The 2 complaints, the hot water in the shower was not hot enough & the hair dryer is old, it has blue flakes coming off, it went all over my hands and face. Took me sometime to clean up. Highly recommend replacing a new hair dryer
