I think because the facility is extraordinarily wonderful, nice, clean anddd I had such an awesome therapist there would be other options of leaving her a tip besides cash or charging it to my card which i couldn't due to the gift card was purchased y someone else for me. I offered to take it off my debit card or even write a check but i was told i could not. Sooo disappointing and bottled water could have been offered instead of having to pour it in a paper cup.

I was so cold in the rooms even with the table warmer on. The person that did my first message hands were very cold.

It is always such a treat to get a massage but Spavia goes above and beyond. The professionalism, friendliness, and cleanness is remarkable. And then we need to mention the therapists who are very skilled at finding those rough spots and working them out! By far the best spa I have EVER been to!! Thank you!
