It was my first experience in a spa. The staff immediately made me feel at ease. Tori explain the process of my waiver, walked me to the relaxation room and the restroom. Paris gave me step by step instructions of the process of my facial and great conversation. Before I left Tori explained the the self-care plan and membership plan. Very patient with me being a newbie.
